Valuation: I rate my written work as having the following value in terms of a dollar figure in Canadian Dollars, according to how scripts are valued based upon their sale price. From what I've been told, my work is undervalued (I'm not giving it enough dollar value), but I feel that my valuation is realistic.

This way, it sets a value when I have content stolen from me by neighbours or others who claim the credit for my written work. This is based upon several research references and how I value my time as a writer. Some people might justify crimes such as plagiarism or theft to cover the cost of debts against their victim. By putting a value on your work, you can accurately calculate damages when such work is stolen under such justification and build your legal case from there. Though be careful as there are cults in society that will literally erase people in order to get away with stealing their creative work from them without giving them any reward whatsoever. There are a lot of people involved in such scams, so beware.
